Tempo Stick Trainer

A weighted swing stick built to train tempo, not just remind you of it. Swing it like a club and you'll hear it: rush the transition and it sounds early, get the sequence right and the weight releases with a clean, consistent tone right through impact. That audio feedback is instant, so bad tempo gets corrected on the next rep instead of the next round. Use it as a pre-round warmup or a dedicated tempo session at home. Right and left-handed.
